This report compiles and evaluates a selection of data collection technologies that assist with the comprehensive implementation of road management, specifically for bridge and pavement assets. These technologies were compiled in 2005 and have likely become outmoded since; nevertheless, this report contains plenty of conceptual analysis about data management.
